Carefully place the items in their original GENEVE 1989 packaging, ensuring all designer labels and protective materials are included.

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Final Inspection & Refund

Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
